The Ebert Reception Room offers a capacity of up to 85 persons in several different configurations - performance, meeting, dinner, reception, exhibit, etc. The room rental includes tables and chairs and a projector and screen is available. The adjacent Catering Kitchen is designed to allow caterers to prepare and serve your event with anything from snacks to a five course meal. The Hayes Center does not provide catering services but will work with you and your caterer to make your event a success. Don't have a caterer? We can recommend one to you. This room is rented in 4-hour time blocks.
